Yes — Dr. Alkhaddo is contracted with select insurance plans. Because coverage and networks vary, we recommend checking with your health plan to confirm whether he's in-network for your specific coverage. If he isn't in-network, affordable cash-pay options are available — an initial visit is $178 and a follow-up visit is $145. Our membership programs (Virtual Weight Management and NCEA Direct) are separate from insurance and cover physician management and access between visits.

After an initial video visit to establish care and your treatment plan, most ongoing management happens through secure messaging — dose titration, side-effect management, and progress monitoring — with additional video visits only when clinically needed. It's physician-led and evidence-based.

The membership is tiered by commitment: $99/month on a 12-month plan, $129/month on a 6-month plan, or $149/month on a 3-month plan. This covers your physician's ongoing medical management between visits.

No. The membership covers medical management and messaging between visits. Clinical visits are billed to insurance or cash-pay (initial video visit $178, follow-up $145), and medications are billed through your insurance or, if not covered, manufacturer cash-pay programs.

No. We prescribe only FDA-approved weight-management medications — such as Wegovy, Zepbound, Saxenda, Qsymia, and Contrave — when clinically appropriate. We don't prescribe compounded or other non-FDA-approved formulations.

We submit prior-authorization requests on your behalf. If coverage is approved, you're responsible for any copay; if it's denied, we'll discuss manufacturer cash-pay and savings options. We can't guarantee approval or a specific cost.

Yes. Your membership runs month to month for the term you choose. If you cancel before completing that term, your rate is adjusted to the applicable shorter-term rate for the months used; after your commitment term, you can cancel anytime.

NCEA Direct is a $189/month telehealth membership for direct, ongoing access to a board-certified endocrinologist. It includes priority scheduling, evening and Saturday availability, secure messaging between visits, prior-authorization support, and your annual Personal Health Maintenance Blueprint. Clinical visits are billed separately.

No. You can see Dr. Alkhaddo through our traditional clinic without any membership. NCEA Direct is an optional membership for patients who want added convenience and faster, more direct access between visits.
